Walking into a gym doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. With this package, you’ll get the structure, skills, and support to finally feel confident and in control of your fitness journey.
Session 1: Settle & Plan (up to 50 mins)
We’ll map out your goals, energy patterns, and sensory needs. You’ll leave with a low-pressure starter plan and a clear path forward, built entirely around you.
Session 2: Skills & Confidence (up to 50 mins)
This is where we practise simple movements and walk through scripts you can use at the gym. We’ll also troubleshoot overwhelm with practical, real-world strategies, so you feel more in control, not less. We will look at the various exercises and movements you will want to feel confidence to complete and how you can set yourself up for success even once the confidence builder package is completed.
Session 3: Personalised Toolkit (up to 50 mins)
This is where it all comes together. You’ll get step-by-step guides, checklists, and a simple routine designed to fit your life, not the other way around.
4 Weeks of Online Support
You won’t just get three sessions and be left on your own. You’ll have four weeks of online support, accountability, and adjustments to keep you on track, motivated, and moving forward.

Who is this for?
Neurodivergent adults (autistic, ADHD, AuDHD) and anyone who feels anxious or overwhelmed about starting fitness. Beginners are absolutely welcome—no prior gym experience needed.
Where do the sessions happen?
Online via video; accessibility adjustments are welcomed—just let me know what helps you feel safe and comfortable.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens! You can reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. We’ll agree session times in advance to reduce stress and decision fatigue.
Is the support really for 4 weeks?
Yes. After you complete the 3 sessions, you’ll get 4 weeks of online support and accountability (asynchronous check-ins plus a weekly message review) to help you build momentum.
Do I need a gym membership or equipment?
No. We can start with bodyweight and simple at-home movements. If you do have a gym or equipment, we’ll tailor around that.
